Selling price	This product is offered through the following subscription plans (all prices are in US dollars (USD)). Starter plan(up to 1 device): $2.99/month ／ $14.99 every 6 months ／ $26.99/year Standard plan(up to 3 devices): $4.99/month ／ $24.99 every 6 months ／ $44.99/year For either plan, from the second billing onward, the same amount shown above continues to be charged each billing cycle (automatic renewal; see "Other conditions" below). Note: Because payment is billed in US dollars, the amount converted to Japanese yen may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your credit card issuer. Prices may change without notice. Please check the purchase screen for the most current pricing.
Fees other than the selling price	Consumption tax and other taxes imposed by law. Foreign exchange fees set by your card issuer may apply, depending on your payment method.

Payment timing	The first payment is due at the time of application. After that, you are billed automatically according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly / every 6 months / yearly).
Delivery timing	Download and use become available immediately after payment is completed.
Withdrawal/cancellation of application (returns/cancellation)	Due to the nature of this product as a digital good, we are generally unable to accept returns or refunds. This does not apply, however, where a material defect attributable to the Company exists. Note: The subscription itself can be canceled at any time. If canceled during the 14-day free trial period, no charge whatsoever is incurred. Canceling after the trial period stops billing from the next billing cycle onward; we do not issue prorated refunds for amounts already paid.

Other conditions (automatic renewal)	After the 14-day free trial ends, this product automatically transitions to a paid contract according to the plan and billing cycle you selected, and thereafter renews automatically under the same terms unless you cancel. Each renewal is billed the amount shown under "Selling price" above. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal linked in the payment confirmation email you receive at purchase.
About the payment processor	Payment processing for this product is handled through Lemon Squeezy (payment processor / Merchant of Record). The billing descriptor on your credit card statement, and the issuer of your receipt, may appear as Lemon Squeezy.
